Who we are

Cat is our ITT Lead Mentor for Primary, and ITT Strategic Lead. She also supports the AB programme.

Originally from Cambridge, I moved to Nottingham to train as a teacher where I stayed and have taught for many years. I have always been passionate about mentoring student teachers, ECTs and leaders-coaching people to unlock their full potential. Now a mum of two, I enjoy exploring the world through my children’s eyes-their enthusiasm and excitement is infectious. I believe great teachers can capture these young minds and inspire them to be life-long learners, aiming for their dreams.
