Primary Art Network with Adele Darlington (CPD)
Facilitated by Adele Darlington and partners from The Mighty Creatives, The Spark, Platform 31 and more!
These termly Art network events provide a rare opportunity to meet other art & design coordinators, share ideas and support one another with regard to leading your curriculum area in school. The agenda is flexible to meet your areas of interest and current themes.
Previous meetings have been a very successful, focusing on areas such as sketchbooks and each school’s art & design curriculum structure.
Some areas we will cover this year are:
- Curriculum design – ‘Show and tell.’
- Progression of skills
- Developing drawing in school
- Discussing sketchbook use (it would be great if you could bring some examples from your school)
- Sharing ideas for inspiring children with a diverse range of artists
- Paper Sculpting!
Each meet-up will follow a different agenda.
These network sessions are open to all Early Years and Primary settings.
